Before joining TRC Companies, she held pivotal roles at Woodard & Curran introducing sustainability as a practice, and at PQ Corporation and Hexion Inc., where she led strategies that addressed global challenges such as worker health, emissions reduction and supply chain sustainability. As the founder of Marquette Safety Management, she introduced innovative workplace violence prevention programs for municipal governments in British Columbia. In 2018, she founded Sapheyr LLC to partner with clients to elevate their EHS and sustainability strategies.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Marquette is preparing for the release of her first book in early 2025. Published by Wiley, the co-authored book explores the intersection of health, safety and sustainability, guiding aspiring professionals entering the fields of environment, health, safety, or sustainability. “I aim to provide a practical framework for those navigating the complexities of sustainability, ESG, and EHS” Marquette said.
Ms. Marquette’s contributions extend beyond her corporate roles. She actively serves on the Global Environmental Management Initiative’s Board of Directors and the American Society of Safety Professionals Advisory Council and the Coalition of Veteran’s Organizations, reflecting her commitment to veterans, community, and industry development.
