The real estate development company Metropol has unveiled its inaugural private residential community project in Tbilisi, near Lisi Lake. Spanning 7,000 m², the development of this brand-new settlement will feature approximately 70 villas and represents a total investment of 40 million GEL. For the Metropol Lisi suburban community project, the developer’s architectural team has created five distinct home designs exclusively for prospective residents. Homeowners will have the option and privilege of selecting the concept, design, and style that best suit their preferences and lifestyle. Additionally, Metropol offers a range of supplementary services and, upon request, can even oversee and carry out the whole construction of the selected home design.

Approximately 70 villas will be constructed in this serene, fresh-air-filled premium location. Land plots range from a minimum of 600 m² to as much as 1,500 m². The Metropol Lisi project has officially launched, with pre-sales now underway. The development company states that this is indeed the most advantageous time to purchase real estate, offering future buyers exclusive discounts and convenient, favorable payment terms. The price per m² ranges from $159 to $225. Currently, a total of 70 land plots are being sold, and due to the project’s popularity and high demand, the company anticipates a rapid acceleration in sales.
Metropol Lisi represents Metropol’s first private residential development, though it is not the company’s only venture. The company is preparing to break ground on a new project in Shindisi, where approximately 700 villas will be constructed across a 90-hectare plot. Pre-sales for this project are set to begin in June 2025.
Operating in both Tbilisi and Batumi, Metropol’s portfolio currently consists of one completed project and six others that are underway.
