Metropol Oval won in the nomination for the best luxury apartment hotel in Georgia
The development company Metropol is the winner of the global award. The company gained international recognition for the project Metropol Oval as the best luxury apartment hotel in Georgia. Luxury Lifestyle Awards, which selects the best products and services worldwide, named the impeccable reputation and professionalism of the Georgian company as the main indicator of the decision. This year, more than 10,000 products and services from 100 countries worldwide were assessed at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards. In one of the 400 categories, the award went to Georgia, specifically to the Metropol Oval project in Batumi.
With the mentioned award, Metropol was given the opportunity to participate in the TOP 100 competition, which is also held worldwide. The Georgian development company will have the chance to score another victory among the 100 projects of the world.

The investment project Metropol Oval, for which Metropol has gained international recognition, will be launched in 2027. The project is nestled in the heart of Batumi, in the most attractive place for tourists – on Heroes’ Alley, and its investment value is more than 130 million GEL.
The complex includes: investment apartments, 100-room hotel, spa and fitness center, lounge areas, outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, wine library and cinema. Metropol will offer visitors unique experience with an infrastructural project tailored to the requirements of international standards.

More than 10,000 companies from 100 countries are evaluated in different categories each year to identify the best.
The nominations of Luxury Lifestyle Awards include premium projects in various industries, with high-class hotels, development companies, architects, designers, fine dining establishments, perfume and jewelry brands among them.
One of the main precursors of the victory in the competition is the company’s aspiration for development and perfection, which fully matches the goals and visions of the Georgian company Metropol. This is confirmed by the award that the developer won in a short matter of time, two years after being introduced in the market. International recognition further strengthened the position of Metropol in the real estate industry.
Current projects of Metropol
Currently, the company has five active projects in Tbilisi and Batumi.
Metropol Bagebi is under construction and will be completed by the end of 2024. In 2026, Metropol Kavtaradze will be completed, the largest in the city, with a one-hectare recreational area and greenery. The projects of the capital are intended for both residence and investment. The wide-scale investment projects – Metropol Oval and Metropol Cube in the coastal city of Batumi will be completed in 2027. It is also notable that, in the nearest future the company will present a new residential complex Parallel in Batumi. It will be a residential building with panoramic views of the city center.
In total, Metropol will spend more than 500 million GEL on the area of 516,200 m2.
All five complexes were planned in accordance with the latest trends in the construction industry, the main priorities of which include energy efficiency, green architecture, smart home system, modern building materials and maximum safety monitoring.
The nearest plans include a housing project in Shindisi, – the new district with residential houses and necessary infrastructure will be nestled in an ecologically clean environment.
