The final technological summit – TOUCH23 will traditionally be held in the Rustaveli Theater on December 7 and 8.
This two-day adventure will be divided into different spaces of the Rustaveli theater. There will be 3 different scenes: Future Stage, Growth Stage, and Startup Jungle.
The program from morning to late evening will be packed with presentations, panel discussions, workshops, meetings, mentorship sessions, shared workspace, lots of inspiration, discoveries, and new connections.
The aim of this summit is to make the event even more international in terms of invited speakers, delegates, attending startups, and investors, and to contribute more to the development of local professionals and the startup ecosystem.
Speakers from leading companies from around the world will be featured: Google, Meta, IDEO, ReadyPlayerMe, NVIDIA, Spotify, MIRO, Sandbox, Cloudflare, Brain.Space, Breakfast.app, Dutch Digital Design, Launch Code, Keely Consulting and many more.

At the summit this year, a special place will be devoted to promoting the development of the startup ecosystem. A separate program with presentations and panel discussions will be developed for investors and startups. All startup delegates will have the opportunity to schedule mentorship sessions with mentors invited to the summit.
As part of the summit, an exhibition space will also be allocated separately for startups, where up to 30 startups will be given the opportunity to present their products to the delegates.
According to the organizers, more than 100 investors (VC’s & Angels) from Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and EMEA regions will attend the event. More than 100 startups – including representatives of the startup ecosystem of Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan.
